Every product we sell comes with a Limited Warranty:
  • Products are guaranteed to work as described.
  • Products are guaranteed to perform the tasks that we ascribe to them.
  
 

The product shall be used solely and strictly in accordance to the given assembly and usage information.

  1. The buyer shall receive the Warranty Card from our company will be issued by the store. Please make an online registration under website: www.homejoy.com.sg to provide the necessary information for our record of the Warranty Card.
  2. At any time there should not have any part or parts are altered, modified, defacement in any way whatsoever, this warranty shall immediately ceased to be valid or become void and of no effect whatsoever
  3. Our final decision on all questions relating to the complaints on the parts having defects due to its workmanship or material will be conclusive and the buyer shall agree to abide by such a decision. Any defective part or parts which had been replaced shall become our property.
  4. If our products had been brought overseas for usage, the said Warranty of the product will cease to valid as the coverage is in Singapore.
  5. This Warranty shall be valid for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase.
  6. This Warranty is usually limited to the monetary refund of the purchase price or replacement (with same or similar) of the product, if it fails to perform as described and as in the directions. We cannot be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of a product.
  7. The Warranty shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party. The Warranty Card must be produced for the exchange or replace of parts on the products.
  8. The Warranty excludes the followings;
    a. Accidents, misuse, improper installation or any manner of tempering.
    b. Usage not in accordance with its specific product usage purpose.
    c. Normal wear and tear
    d. Corrosion, rusting or stains
    e. Neglecting or ignoring the knowledge of the product
    f. Acts of God, fire and civil unrest.
